Proper Trucking Safety Management and Compliance is the core of any successful trucking company. A good safety score means better-paying loads and lower insurance costs – which means financial stability for your business.

Safety Manager Training for Trucking is our unique and customized program based on 20+ years of experience with FMSCA Compliance. We teach it from our own experience, and we have the best expertise in the trucking field.

This class is for those who want to learn how to keep up with ever changing DOT FMCSA rules. You will learn everything you need to know to be ready for a New Entrant or Safety Audit – driver qualifications, vehicle safety, logbooks, drug and alcohol policies and everything else you need to know to be compliant with FMCSA. Also included with the safety manager class are all the company safety policies, lease agreements, and drug and alcohol policy.

Some of the topics covered in class include:

  • Driver logbooks
  • Driver qualifications
  • Drug and alcohol policies and testing requirements
  • Vehicle maintenance recordkeeping
  • Obtaining Highway Tax Use Permits: New York (HUT), Kentucky (KUY), New Mexico (NM), Oregon (OR), Connecticut (CT)
  • CSA Overview (Compliance, Safety, Accountability)
  • Company’s safety measurements and scores
  • DataQs disputes and Legal issues
  • Roadside examination
  • Accidents & Loss Coverages

Having precise information contributes to the enhancement of road safety. DataQs, an FMCSA system, offers users the capability to request and monitor the examination of Federal and State data provided by FMCSA that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete. It allows various users, including motor carriers, drivers, their representatives, FMCSA, and State partners, to enhance the accuracy of FMCSA’s data-oriented safety systems. These systems play a vital role in preventing accidents, injuries, and fatalities associated with commercial motor vehicles. Our DataQs training program is designed to comprehend and challenge any potential violations detected during Roadside Vehicle Inspections.
