Course Overview
This live DOT/FMCSA Reasonable Suspicion Supervisor Training equips supervisors of CMV drivers to recognize and document signs of alcohol misuse and controlled substance use, and to determine when reasonable suspicion testing is required under 49 CFR §382.307. The class meets the DOT requirement of 2 hours of instruction (one hour alcohol + one hour drugs). Certificate of Completion provided.
